She was born in 1980 in the city of Arys, South Kazakhstan region.
In 2001, she graduated from the M.Auezov South Kazakhstan State University in Shymkent, with honors in Economics and Enterprise Management. She started her career in 2001 as a leading specialist in the finance Department of Shymkent. From 2003 to 2005, she worked as a group leader in the centralized accounting department of the Department of Education in Shymkent. From 2005 to 2018, she worked as the chief specialist of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Health Department of the South Kazakhstan region, from 2018 to 2021 as the chief specialist-economist of the administrative and legal Department of the Health Department of the city of Shymkent. Since September 28, 2021, Deputy Director for Economics of the state municipal enterprise on the right of economic management “Higher Medical College” of the Shymkent City Health Department.
