Born in 1967. In 1991, he graduated from the Shymkent Pedagogical Institute named after M. Auezov, majoring in teacher of Russian language and literature. In 2008, he was appointed Deputy Director for Educational Work of the Shymkent Medical College. In 2014, he completed advanced training in the Republic of Lithuania at the Vilnius College on the topic “Main directions for the training of medical workers”.
